We may update this Policy from time to time, as indicated by the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of our Sites or provision of your data to us indicates you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in the Policy.

    How Personal Information is Collected

We do not have responsibility for or access to the information collected by these third parties.

    Our Commitment to Data Security

    The security of all information associated with our users is an important concern to us. We exercise care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer or mobile device to our servers. We have administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in place to protect your personal information.     Our Sites are intended for individuals over 16 years of age, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13.     Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    Your Rights and Choices

    We provide a business-to-business service.  Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information, subject to certain limitations:

    • The right to know what personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed about you and receive a copy of your personal information.
    • The right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected about you.
    • The right to correct or delete personal information about you.
    • The right to opt out of the selling, sharing, or targeted advertising of your personal information, which you can exercise as described below or by modifying your privacy preferences (e.g., Global Privacy Control), available through certain internet browsers and extensions, that signal your preference to opt out. 
    • In some circumstances, you may have the right to opt out of automated decision making and profiling.
    • We do not discriminate against those who exercise any of their rights described in our Privacy Policy.

    In addition, and as set forth below, certain laws require us to identify, for the 12-month period prior to the date of this Policy, what information we may have “sold” or “shared” about you. For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Policy, we have not sold your personal information. For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Policy, we have only shared personal information as described above.  We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, as defined in applicable laws, for any purposes other than those permitted by applicable law.

    Residents of certain states can submit a request to opt out of the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising of your personal information through browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal. While we do not sell your information for money, we may use analytics and advertising technologies, including those provided by advertising partners that use your personal information to serve you targeted advertising that is based on your activity across our Sites and third-party websites, apps, and services. If you do not wish for us to sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising purposes, you can opt out by submitting your request through one of the contact methods below.

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we verify your identity by asking you to provide us with additional information such as your email address, order numbers of previous orders of our products and services, or the last four digits of a credit or debit card used to make a purchase.  We also may use a third-party verification provider to verify your identity. We will endeavor to honor such requests unless such a request conflicts with certain lawful exemptions under applicable law. Please note that your exercise of these choices is subject to certain exemptions to safeguard the public interest (e.g., the prevention or detection of crime) and our interests (e.g., the maintenance of legal privilege).  If you are in a jurisdiction that recognizes your ability to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your attempt to assert a right under applicable laws, you may submit a request to appeal to one of the contact methods at the end of this Policy.

    Depending on where you live, you may use an authorized agent on your behalf to exercise a privacy choice discussed above. If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of an applicable consumer to communicate with us or to exercise a privacy choice discussed above, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the requisite authorization to act on behalf of the resident and have sufficient access to their laptop, desktop, or mobile device to exercise these choices digitally. If you are an authorized agent trying to exercise choices on behalf of an individual, please contact us using the information below with supporting verification information, which includes a valid Power of Attorney, proof that you have access to the consumer’s interface, and proof of your own identity.

    How Long We Retain Your Data

    We may retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

    Our Services Are Intended for a U.S. Audience

    If you live outside of the United States and choose to use our Sites or services, you understand that it is at your own risk. You also understand that your information will be sent to and stored in the U.S., which may not afford the same level of protection as laws in your own country.
