SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired LS Building Products (“LS” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of roofing, lumber, siding, windows & doors, millwork, and other complementary building products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in East Peoria, IL, LS was founded in 1950 and is owned and operated today by Troy Reed, Matt Jaeger, and Dan Schumacher. The Company operates 4 distribution locations and 3 production facilities throughout Central Illinois and employs a team of more than 220 people. Troy, Matt, and Dan will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
