SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Specialty Wood Products, Inc. (“SWP” or the “Company”), a distributor of premium decking, siding, heavy timber products, and other architectural-grade building materials. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Aurora, CO, SWP is run today by Josh DeGuire (President). The Company operates a second location in Kyle, TX and employs a team of 35 people. Josh will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
