We are a proud Department of Defense SkillBridge partner, offering approved training pathways for service members within their final 180 days of active duty. Our programs deliver practical, industry‑aligned experience designed to support a confident and successful transition into civilian careers.
Operations Trainee Program
Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of our business—including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. You’ll learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training to support a smooth transition into a civilian career.

Program Requirements
Program Length: 16 Weeks
Location: On-Site, Based at Branch Locations
Program Criteria:
- 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at the time of program start
- Approval from Chain of Command
- Pay Grade E5 and above

Supply Chain Fellowship

Program Length: +/- 16 Weeks
Location: McKinney, Texas, Based at Field Support Center (Corporate)
Program Criteria:
- 91-120 days remaining on active duty at the time of program start
- Approval from Chain of Command
- Pay Grade E-7 and above, or O-1 and above
Qualifications:
- Military leadership experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, or logistics.
- Proven ability to execute mission-driven objectives with measurable results and strong accountability.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or operational planning.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in risk assessment, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
