Employee Resource Groups

Diversity and Inclusion

As part of our commitment to making SRS Distribution a place where every employee feels they belong, SRS has launched five employee resources groups. These groups are employee-led and connect over 7000 employees.  They provide our employees with opportunities for community, leadership development, and a platform for organizational influence. Whether employees identify as a community member or an ally, there are many different ways to get involved, learn about, and support the incredibly diverse cultures and communities found across our company.
