Ryan Nelson joined SRS in 2019 following a 20-year career in investment banking and corporate development. In his current role as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Ryan leads our financial and accounting teams, along with corporate strategy, M&A, and investor relations.
Prior to SRS, Ryan was an investment banker with Harris Williams and Wells Fargo Securities, where he executed M&A and other strategic transactions for founder, private equity, and public company clients. Ryan has deep experience in the building materials and distribution sectors, including having advised on both recapitalization transactions for SRS. Ryan began his career in the corporate development group at FairPoint Communications, Inc., a private equity-backed telecom platform.
