SRS expands its presence in the Midwest through the acquisition of Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son, Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son, Inc. (“LTO” or the “Company”), a distributor of commercial & residential roofing and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
