(“SRS”) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lohmiller & Company (“Lohmiller” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts, and supplies serving residential and commercial customers through 4 locations in Colorado.
