Al joined SRS in August 2024 as Chief Development Officer.  His responsibilities include all aspects of real estate, portfolio management, branch design, construction, and facility services for our large and growing footprint.  Al has 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 4 years in the private sector and 28 years with Yum Brands in various real estate roles including head of design & engineering for Yum’s portfolio of brands, VP of Real Estate, and Chief Development Officer for Pizza Hut, US.  He has a proven track record of results in significant multi-unit expansion, and enjoys unlocking value through creative solutions, building consensus, and rigorous execution
