Official Soccer Camp Giveaway Rules

Promotion Period

The Soccer Camp Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on June 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 27, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be considered eligible.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to kids of SRS customers residing in the Houston metropolitan area who are “U14” (refers to all ages under 14) at the time of entry. All soccer levels are welcome. Limit one entry per eligible child.

Employees, representatives, and agents (and their immediate family members) of SRS Distribution, affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

Visit participating SRS Distribution locations during the Promotion Period and complete the official entry form via the QR code. All required information must be filled out accurately for the entry to be considered valid.

Grand Prize

3 winners will receive:

  • A Houston Kids’ Soccer Camp package for 1 child, scheduled from July 14 to July 20, 2025, which includes: 

    • Camp Participation Fees
    • Meals and activities provided as part of the camp program
    • Additional events and surprises to be determined
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is dependent on the camper's participation level but has an estimated value of $450.

Prize Restrictions
  • No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at SRS Distribution’s sole discretion.
  • The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
  • Any and all expenses not explicitly mentioned as part of the prize (e.g., travel to and from the camp) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 1, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The selected winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours with all requested details to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Terms

  1. By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of SRS Distribution, which are final and binding.
  2. SRS Distribution reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or conducting themselves in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  3. SRS Distribution is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or any errors that may affect the administration, security, or fair operation of this Promotion.

      Limitation of Liability

      By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless SRS Distribution, its affiliates, employees, and sponsors from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

      Privacy

      Personal information collected during the Promotion will only be used in accordance with SRS Distribution’s privacy policy.
