The 2026 SRS Building Products – Spokane Dirt Bike Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 1, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
This Promotion is not open to the general public. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, ages 21 and older, who are employed by a company that provides services include roofing, siding, solar, window and/or door installation, repair and/or replacement who are customers in good standing of the SRS Building Products Spokane branch located at 3410 E Trent Ave, Spokane, WA 99202-4415.
Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of SRS Distribution, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), affiliated vendors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Entry Method #1: Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may complete a purchase of Sponsor products in-store or online from the participating SRS Building Products branch located at 3410 E Trent Ave, Spokane, WA 99202-4415. You will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every $50,000 in product sales (not including taxes or other fees) (each, a “Purchase Entry”).
Eligible purchases will be cumulative. We will calculate the entries earned based on the total amount of all eligible purchases you complete during the Sweepstakes Period. For example, if you make separate eligible purchases of $75,000 and $85,000 (totaling $160,000), you will earn three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes. Your SRS account must be in good standing at the time of entry, winner selection, and winner confirmation, or you will be deemed ineligible.
To enter without making a purchase, clearly hand-print your company name, your full name, SRS Customer Number, complete address, email address, and phone number on a sheet of paper, and mail it in an addressed envelope with proper postage to the following address (the “Mail-In Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes:

Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately. Your mail-in entry must be postmarked by Tuesday, December 1, 2026, and received by Monday, December 14, 2026. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mailed entries.
All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Grand Prize (1):
One (1) custom 2026 KTM 300 XC-W dirt bike
The value is accurate as of the date of drafting these Official Rules. We will not award any difference in value between the stated prize value and the value at the time of the prize award. Color, package, options, and other prize specifics are determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
The winner will bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after taking delivery. The winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with the collection, use, and operation of the prize. This includes optional equipment, title, license, insurance, registration fees, applicable taxes, and any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the dirt bike. The winner must personally retrieve or take delivery of the prize within 30 days of written notification of availability. The winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license or permit as required by their state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery; noncompliance may result in forfeiture of the prize. We reserve the right to delay delivery or substitute a similar item of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
We will select the winner in a random drawing on or about Monday, December 21, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The decisions of the Sponsor are final.Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
We will notify the potential Grand Prize winner via email and/or phone. The owner or authorized agent of the company associated with the winning entry must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release and an IRS W-9 Form within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance will result in disqualification, and we may select an alternate winner. We will award the prize package within approximately 45 days after verifying the winner.
If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, we will disqualify that winner and award the prize to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, or transferable. It may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any incidental expenses not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
THE SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ASPECT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, and income taxes associated with winning the prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, and statements for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor.
Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Entrants release the Sponsor, affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of the prize offered. Participating entrants assume all liability for any injury, losses, or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused directly or indirectly by participation in this Sweepstakes.
If we cannot run the Sweepstakes as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.
The parties agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. Any claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc.
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for the Sponsor to obtain and use their personal information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
