SRS Distribution announces expansion in New York with the acquisition of Sider Lumber & Supply Co., Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Sider Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. (“Sider Lumber” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of lumber, decking, roofing, siding, windows & doors, and other complementary building products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
