Randy Bargfrede brings nearly three decades of expertise in supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence to his role as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at SRS Distribution Inc. He previously served as Chief of Staff for Building Products at SRS, where he aligned strategy and operations to deliver measurable results.
Before joining SRS Distribution, Randy spent more than 20 years at GAF, rising from Logistics Manager to Chief Operations Officer. In that role, he led complex supply chain networks and drove the operational discipline that fuels productivity and profitability across the business.
Earlier in his career, Randy honed his analytical skills as a Supply Chain Consultant at BASF and a Senior Logistics Consultant at Herbert W. Davis and Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University—a foundation that continues to inform his precise, results-driven approach to leadership.
