Cory Gundberg joined us in 2025. Cory is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, and AI innovation efforts. Cory is focused on using technology to fuel growth, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operations across SRS’s family of businesses. His leadership spans application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, enterprise systems, and digital customer experiences.
Prior to joining SRS, Cory held senior executive roles at UnitedHealth Group and Walmart. At Optum, he led digital transformation and operations across pharmacy and financial services, improving customer and associate experience while delivering growth and efficiency.
At Walmart, Cory lead Technology for Walmart U.S. and later as Chief Digital Officer for Health & Wellness, where he helped scale online grocery and introduced mobile tools to boost associate productivity and same-store sales.
He began his career at Accenture and holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University–Mankato. Cory brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across retail, healthcare, financial services, distribution, and technology.
