To Our SRS Customers:
On behalf of all of us at SRS and our family of independents, I want to thank you for your business especially during these unprecedented times. It has been an extraordinary few weeks as we all face challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic. While we continue to manage through this situation, I want to inform you all of our current plans to safely and effectively sustain our operations.
Our number 1 priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers, as we continue to serve your business needs. We have taken several actions, including those listed in the SRS Operational, Health and Safety section of our website, to help insure we follow the latest CDC and government requirements.
Our branches remain fully stocked and open, with delivery service continuing as needed. Our goal is to serve you as long we feel we can do so safely and are permitted to do so. Please note that many locations are limiting customer access in our showrooms and some have reduced hours. While several states have implemented Shelter In Place, we are currently able to remain open as an essential business in most areas. There are likely to be many upcoming changes ahead, but we will do everything in our power to keep the supply lines running as close to normal as possible.
We are asking all our associates to practice social distancing at our branch locations and on your jobsites, following the guidance from the CDC. We recommend that you continue to communicate new orders or questions via phone, text, email and Roof Hub. Your orders will be available for pick up upon your arrival. We also encourage everyone to take advantage of our curbside pick-up option (call us from your vehicle and we will bring your pick-up order out to you).
In addition, we have created several tools and promotions to help you manage your business during this time. We are also in contact with all of our major material suppliers and currently they are confident that we will not have material shortages in the near future. If we see an interruption in our service in any market, we will do our best to notify you as quickly as possible. For updates, please reach out to your local teams and we’ll do our best to communicate with you as things develop.
